by using agenline you agree to these terms.

1. what it is

agenline enforces rules on your agents' API calls. it reduces risk. it does not guarantee that every harmful or unwanted action will be stopped.

2. your responsibility

you are responsible for your agents, your policies, and everything done with your account and keys. keep them secret.

3. third-party APIs

you must follow the terms of any API your agents call, and have the right to use the credentials you give us.

4. your data

you own it. we process it only to run the service. your upstream keys are stored encrypted. logs are kept about 90 days.

5. acceptable use

no illegal use, no abuse, no attacking the service, no accessing other customers' data.

6. fees

agenline is currently free. if that changes, we'll give you 30 days' notice.

7. availability and changes

no uptime guarantee. the service may have outages, and features and documentation change as we ship. where they disagree, the product's actual behavior applies.

8. suspension

we can suspend or end accounts that break these terms. you can delete yours any time.

9. no warranty

the service is provided "as is".

10. liability

we're not liable for indirect losses or for what your agents do. our total liability is capped at what you paid us in the last 12 months, or Rs 10,000, whichever is higher.

11. changes to these terms

we may update them and will post the new date here.

12. law

governed by the laws of India. courts in India have jurisdiction.
