Privacy policy

this explains what agenline collects, why, and what we do with it.

what we collect

account: your name, email, and a hashed password. we can't read your password.
your setup: agents, policies, fields, and the scoped keys your agents use (stored as hashes).
your upstream keys: the real API keys you give us. stored encrypted, decrypted only in memory when a permitted call is forwarded. never logged, never shown back to you.
call logs: a record of each call your agents make through agenline, allowed or blocked, with the reason. secret-looking fields like keys, tokens and passwords are stripped before anything is saved.
usage data: a count of calls per agent, kept for usage reports and billing.
technical data: IP addresses and request IDs, used for rate limiting, security and debugging.

what we do with it

run the service, enforce your policies, keep it secure, measure usage, and help you when you ask. that's it. we don't sell your data and we don't use it for advertising.

what passes through us

to enforce your rules, agenline sees the requests your agents send and the responses they get back. don't route anything through it that you aren't allowed to share with a service provider.

how long we keep it

call logs: about 90 days.
idempotency records: about 7 days.
account, agents and policies: until you delete your account.
after you delete: we remove your data, except what we have to keep for legal or billing reasons.

who else touches it

we use [hosting provider] for servers and [database provider] for storage. they process data on our behalf and only to run agenline. we share data with others only if the law requires it. the third-party APIs your agents call are your choice and have their own privacy policies.

security

upstream keys are encrypted at rest, passwords and scoped keys are hashed, and customers are isolated from each other. no system is perfectly secure. if a breach affects your data, we'll tell you without undue delay. report vulnerabilities to security@agenline.com.

your choices

you can ask us to show, correct, export or delete your data at any time. email connect@agenline.com and we'll sort it out.

kids

agenline is not for anyone under 18.
